- Return and Exchange Period
Return and Exchange Application: You have 7 days to apply for a return and exchange from the date you receive the goods.
Requests after 7 days will not be accepted, please understand. - Return and Exchange Conditions
To successfully return or exchange, the goods must meet the following conditions:
Unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
With complete tags and packaging, and proof of purchase.
Not applicable to special items, toiletries and customized products (such as products with names printed). - Return and Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit an application

Step 2: Get Authorization
We will respond to your request within 1-3 business days and provide instructions and a return address for approved returns and exchanges.
Step 3: Send the item back
Repack the item and send it back to the return address provided. Please keep the tracking number so that we can track your return. - Shipping Costs
Returns: We will cover the shipping costs for returns if the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges: If you request an exchange for personal reasons (such as a wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. - Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be eligible for return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 5-10 business days.
Combined refunds and other possible adjustments will be processed together with the refund amount. - Exchange Processing
If an exchange is required, we will ship your required new item as soon as possible after confirming the return. Please note that stock availability may affect the speed of exchange processing. - Customer Responsibility
